Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery window and shipping/handling cost based on your chosen shipping method.

Standard Shipping: Available to all U.S. customers with delivery estimates provided at checkout. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping. A tracking number will be provided.

Local Pickup: Customers can pick up their orders at our 955 Connecticut Ave Bridgeport, CT location, Monday through Friday between 8am-3pm, excluding holidays. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Flat Rate Delivery: For large orders within Connecticut, this option is available at checkout. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery time, and a signature is required upon delivery.

Important Notes:

·         We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

·         Standard shipping orders may take 24-48 hours to process.

·         Multiple item orders may arrive in separate packages on different days.

 

Surcharge Delivery

Some items require special handling and will include a surcharge, indicated in the item description. This surcharge is in addition to normal shipping costs.

 

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States. Stay tuned for future updates as we look for international partners.
